TC2C EP 0004: Tools and Resources

Hey G&G's, For this ep I didn't add the interview. I got into what I was using and why. Please remember this was when the main goal was to become a smart contract dev. Since then I've adjusted the focus. I do still want to learn that and do still work on building that skill. But since then I've learned it's not a simple 1, 2, 3 thing. Since I went longer than expected I didn't see the point of adding the second segment to this one. Any who, I hope something I say helps someone. If you have any questions do reach out.
