Ann Deaton believes it because she sees the power of visual imagery as her coaching clients picture their challenges and use the pictures to realize their visions. Ann is a leadership coach and owner of DaVinci Resources, a coaching and consulting company. In addition to coaching individual leaders and their teams, she teaches coaching and facilitates leadership devlopment programs for universities, government, corporate and nonprofit clients. Ann is currently writing her first book, entitled "Picture the Impact: The Magic of Visual Imagery in Accelerating Positive Change".
