JoAnne E. Ward's ultimate goal is to provide her audience with sensible information that can be used immediately to improve performance. She will guide organizations, teams, and individuals to use heir talents, skills, and situations to grown and move forward. She is the founder of her business, Grown Forward Business Consulting and Stepping Stones Life Coaching Services. She earned a BA degree in Economics and Commerce from Simon Fraser University, Certification as an educator of High school and college, and has earned a Masters degree in Leadership and Organizational Chage from Royal Roads University, in Victoria, BS. She is an active member of the Vancouver Chapter of the International Coaching Federation, a Director of the Quesnel Chamber of Commerce, and is a graduate of Coach University Inc. She was chosen as one of twenty founding coaches in North America for Compass Life Designs Inc. an dhas recently earned her Master Certification in Psychosomatic Therapy.
