Host: Allan Newsome Running time: 0:30:33 Beginning back in the early 1980s, The Andy Griffith Show Rerun Watchers Club (TAGSRWC) began publishing newsletters. Over those years there were hundreds of stories written and published in the official newsletters called The Bullet, The eBullet, The Pocket, and The Button. The information provided was timeless. Because so many of you have never seen the stories published in the early days of TAGSRWC, Weaver's Newsletter asked Jim Clark if they could re-publish articles for fans to enjoy. Permission was granted so here's our first "rerun." The story is being published in the April 2023 edition of the Weaver's Newsletter. "Mayberry Mountain People" was written by Ken Beck and originally featured in The Bullet: Volume 1, Issue 2 – Published March 18, 1983. Enjoy this look back to the early days of TAGSRWC.
