TCTITLEGUY Podcast Episode 16 | Omelette from WKLT 97.5 FM

Episode 16 of the TCTITLEGUY Podcast – Beyond the Closing Table is live. In this episode I sit down with Steve Normandin, better known on the radio as Omelette from the Omelette & Finster Morning Show on WKLT 97.5 FM. This episode is a special one for me because before real estate and title, I actually moved to Traverse City because of Omelette. I started working at WKLT as a radio DJ, promotions assistant, and intern. That opportunity played a big role in bringing me to Northern Michigan and shaping my path. In this conversation we talk about: • The history of Midwest Broadcasting and how it helped shape the Traverse City area • Behind the scenes of the Omelette & Finster Morning Show • What it really takes to be a Northern Michigan radio DJ • Some hilarious stories from our early days working together • How we met and how our friendship developed over the years • Omelette’s interest in real estate and investing in Northern Michigan If you enjoy local stories, Northern Michigan media, and real conversations with people who helped shape this community, you’ll enjoy this episode.
