I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences from the University of South Florida and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Troy University.I love working with individuals to remove blocks that are keeping them from living the life they imagined. I’m well-versed in various mental health struggles such as anxiety, depression, trauma, etc., and enjoy using a holistic approach focusing on self-care. I’m also a certified yoga and mindfulness meditation instructor.There is no one size fits all approach to therapy. Your story and collection of struggles are unique to you.
