It’s the Tour’s first rest day, but The Domestiques (not ‘Domestics’) aren’t resting. In today’s episode we wrap up the first few days of the tour, and then get stuck into all things Giro Donne. There was huge shakeup that happened in the Emilia Romagna region overnight. Let’s just say that the crew concludes that Annemiek van Vleuten is the greatest cyclist of all time. There - you have it. Spoiler. We then welcome the legendary Allan Jefferson as our special guest. For those that don’t know, Allan has just won the Race Across America (RAAM). 5000 kilometres - 10 days and 15 minutes - all on about 1hours sleep per night. From saddle sores to hallucinations.
