Black Sheep Cycling presents The Domestiques. The first stage of the tour returns to the motherland and already it's all off to a flying start - or so it looked with the man in yellow flapping his wings over the finish line. The 171.5km coastal action between Dunkerque and Calais of Stage 4 sent a bolt of excitement through our hosts Mike, Lee and Matilda for what's to come on this tour. ‘Champagne cycling,’ as Lee called it-looking like he’d had a few himself. The team calls up veteran tour photographer Beardy McBeard to talk through the majesty of chasing the action each day, the logistics of racing around the course ahead of the peloton and one of his worst days on the tour.
