Régine was selected by the Obama Foundation for their inaugural cohort of Leaders: Asia-Pacific (2019), by the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights as Guam Advisory Board member for the inaugural USCCR Advisory Committee (2022) and by APAICS (Asian Pacific American Institute for Congressional Studies) to serve on their Advisory Council (2024). Régine also serves as the Vice President of Amphibious Aquatics, Secretary of the Guam Women’s Chamber of Commerce and on the Board of Famalao’an Rights.
