New job, new place, new country, a different culture, and the constant struggles, Kavitha Varathan has seen it all. Kavitha is the founder and CEO of Expat Spouses Initiative, which she set up as a grass-roots response to support accompanying spouses and partners of international knowledge workers rebuild their careers in the Netherlands.
