Angel Wheeler joined the teahouse in 2021 to help with customer service, and from there, it's been quite a ride! If you've ever contacted us through our customer support email, it's likely Angel was the person who helped you. I had tea with her during my last trip back to the East Coast and we talked about what it's like trying to bring a better tea experience to people online, how she came to be interested in tea (fun textile facts!) and her take on what's important for a good tea time.
