As leaders, we have to teach other leaders how to embrace the roles in which they are currently leading in. As a result, they will be more apt to appreciate what it is that they have to offer to their organization. Teach your organizational team to take the structure that is given to them and create their own art and science behind it. Create the tempo of oneness while accomplishing your mission, vision and core values. Teach Them How to Own Their Instruments Takeaways: As leaders, we have to educate our team that are on different levels of experience and skillsets and enable them to work together in tandem. This allows them to maintain the same objectives for your mission, vision and core values. As you watch your team maintain the tempo that you have established, allow them to rely on each other and the supporting leaders around them. This allows you to see how well your leadership skills have kept them on track. Train multiple leaders to replace each other during an absence. Plan how to find other leaders to fill the spot long before it becomes available. This helps to maintain continuity within your organization.
