Teachability Part 8 When You Outgrow The Room But Stop Growing

What if the room is not always the problem? In Part 8 of our Teachability series, Apostle Bardwell examines the danger of believing we have outgrown every environment, every leader, every teacher, and every community around us while failing to recognize that our own growth may have slowed. There are legitimate seasons of transition, but there is also a dangerous form of pride that makes us increasingly difficult to teach, quick to dismiss familiar truth, impatient with developing people, and convinced that everyone around us has become too shallow for what we carry.This episode challenges us to examine whether our increased knowledge has produced increased humility, obedience, patience, accountability, and Christlike character. We look at the difference between genuine transition and spiritual superiority, deeper revelation and novelty addiction, maturity and contempt, healthy discernment and constant criticism, and being called forward versus simply becoming dissatisfied. God may change the room, but He never removes the requirement that we remain disciples. The question is not only whether you have outgrown where you are. The deeper question is whether you are still growing yourself.
