Teacher Maternity Leave
from Carolina Cuadros Hosted by Carolina Cuadros
The months sequential to a child's birth are crucial—parents bond and care for their child to aid their development. However, the time that a teacher can spend with their child after their birth is restricted. Strict regulations and requirements prevent new parents from spending as much time as most would like with their newborn. Take a quick listen to hear about teachers' perspectives at Carlmont, and learn how they address the situation to fit their needs. The podcast provides insight into the sacrifices that teachers make in their personal lives to maintain their jobs for the sake of the younger generation. Music is composed and played by Carolina Cuadros
