Needless to say, that is very alarming. Interestingly, the article posted in Science Daily entitled, "Nearly All Middle School Teachers are Highly Stressed" pointed to the negative effect that the high level of stress by teachers must be having on students "both academically and behaviorally."I don't doubt that stressed-out teachers in our middle schools--or any of our schools--has a potentially negative effect on students.
