September has always been our January: a new class, new routines and another opportunity to tell ourselves, “This year will be different.” We'll meal prep, exercise, drink more water, lose the weight and finally stop putting ourselves last.Then teaching gets busy and those promises slowly disappear.In this episode, we're changing the September conversation.
