Teaching Skills and Invitation to Enroll in the BLP (EP.149)

Over the past week and a half, I hosted 3 workshops on teaching skills. In today’s episode, I review the highlights of those workshops which covered effective cueing techniques, building yoga sequences and how to confidently answer student questions.
