Did you ever feel exhausted when you’re done teaching? Or start to hate the sound of your own voice saying the same thing over and over? We’ve all been there in one way or another and today’s episode will give you some actionable things you can do to positively shift your teaching! After that discussion on teaching skills, I move into topic 2, which is a discussion about prime movers, muscles that are responsible for creating joint action.
