CLC’s curriculum explores the attributes of effective leaders, leadership/followership styles, creative problem-solving, influencing others, navigating difficult conversations, conflict resolution, ethical decision-making, stressors, and effective teaming.Colleges and universities identify a coach and recruit teams of six students.
