Team Development Starts With Structure and Is Built Through Consistency
from The Resilient Philosopher Hosted by Orlando J. Alvarez
Team development starts with structure, and that structure is built through consistency. In this episode of The Resilient Philosopher, I examine leadership beyond the title or position someone holds. A leader brings learned experience, resilience, responsibility, and consistency into a team. Those qualities influence how people respond to difficulty, how they work together, and whether the team can eventually get the job done as one. But leadership development cannot begin only after someone enters the workforce or receives a promotion. The structure begins much earlier. It begins at home, develops through school, continues through college and other life experiences, and eventually enters the workplace with us. When people understand responsibility, consistency, communication, and what it means to function within a structure before receiving a title, they enter the workforce with a foundation many organizations later struggle to teach. This episode asks a larger question: If we want stronger teams and better leaders in the workplace, where should leadership development actually begin? Hosted by Orlando J.
