Team Supercrew with Julie Anne and Darren Penn

In this episode, I had the chance to talk with the two authors of the Team Supercrew books, Julie Anne and Darren Penn. The Team Supercrew books provide a great roadmap for explaining emotions to kids that is age-appropriate and highly engaging. Team Supercrew was created when Julie Anne and Darren’s son was experiencing big emotions around age five. They sought out resources to help him grasp onto the concepts of emotional regulation.
