They are using this platform and community to raise awareness and make an impact on the veteran PTSD and suicide statistics in the U.S. Cindy has been coaching this courageous team of veterans in preparation for their row. She has used the DISC Behavior assessment, Driving Forces and Emotional Intelligence to enable keen self-awareness and awareness of each of their team members.
