Teamwork

Think of Moses. Even with his calling, even with his burning-bush encounter, he could not carry the weight of leadership alone. He needed Aaron to speak, Joshua to fight, Hur to lift up his hands, and Jethro to advise him on structure. Leadership without teamwork is burnout disguised as passion. David, Israel’s warrior-king, had his mighty men—men who fought lions, giants, and battles alongside him. And Jesus, the Son of God, surrounded Himself with twelve disciples and even within the twelve, leaned on Peter, James, and John. Heaven’s greatest mission was executed in teamwork.
