Send us Fan MailTeamwork and Leadership are learned behaviors. When kids go to high school and ultimately college that's an eight year time span typically where they then enter the workforce. With that being said, how many of these kids are really taught what it's like to be in the workplace and act in alignment of being a great teammate and supportive of leadership?
