In this inaugural episode our hosts of RevTalk Radio (David Baumgartner,VP of Spirituality, and Scott Ginnetti, Sr. Director of Leadership & Organization Development) interviewed Ben Wells, CEO of Muncie, to learn how he and his team work together to meet the needs of their residents and deliver great results. Ben and his team were able to turn the Muncie facility from a 1 start to a 5 star facility for their quality measures and overall AND they were recognized as the facility of the year by the Indiana Health Care Association.
