The defendant says the plaintiff proposed to him at the hospital, but she got drunk on their wedding night and tried to stab him, then took off with his prosthetic legs for weeks. He’s countersuing his ex-wife for the cost of a cell phone and pain and suffering. Plus, The plaintiff says he doesn’t know the defendant, but he insists he’s an alcoholic. They were involved in car accident, which led to a physical fight. He’s suing for impound fees. The defendant says the plaintiff caused the accident, and he was the one who instigated the fight.
