Tearing Down Strongholds2 Corinthians 10:3-5 Everyone has a stronghold. A stronghold is where we run when things get difficult. In Paul’s day, it was a fortress where people would run to escape danger. Spiritually, a stronghold is anything on which we depend. The world offers us many strongholds that are counterfeits. These strongholds do not keep their promises and do not satisfy. Jesus Christ is the only stronghold that we can fully trust, and the gospel alone has the power to tear down all counterfeit strongholds.
