This Week on P3 Politics, Pop Culture and Potpourri An extended  P3 Conversation with Attorneys Frances Brown Anderson and David Haller. We will discuss the Derrick Chauvin trial for the death of George Floyd and the criminal justice system. Frances Brown Anderson  was an Assistant District Attorney in Gwinnett County, Georgia for five years. In that capacity, she successfully prosecuted a wide variety of felony cases including Murder, Armed Robbery, Rape,  Obstruction of a Law Enforcement Officer, and various Drug Offenses. She had a conviction rate of over 85% of all cases that went to trial. Prior to that, Frances was an Assistant Solicitor General for two years in Cobb County, Georgia, successfully prosecuting a range of misdemeanor cases, such as Vehicular Homicide, Driving Under the Influence, Drug Possession and various traffic offenses. She had a 90% conviction rate of all cases that went to trial. David Haller in 1998, he joined the Richter Firm, LLC in Mount Pleasant as an associate. He became a partner in 2000 and the firm took the name Richter & Haller, LLC thereafter. The Richter & Haller team was extremely successful.  In 2007, David began practicing on his own with the named Haller Law Firm and has continued the excellent legal service for clients.
