She collaborated with Dr. Cheryl Wood and the legendary Les Brown in the Unleashing Your Undeniable Impact anthology and a speaking tour in November 2021. She is a co-author of the Women Who Prays collaborative, igniting 90 days of prayer. Ms. Woulard is a featured author of The Heart of a Leader. She is also a co-author of the Sister Leaders Anthology and the co-author of More Precious than Gems; She Knows Her Worth anthology. She collaborates with leaders by assisting them with clarity of core values, prioritizing well-being, and effectively communicating to resolve leadership dilemmas. She is dedicated to motivating and empowering others to be their best. Constance’s speaking encompasses numerous podcasts, such as Mogul Media, Long Term Care Heroes, and Becker’s Healthcare Review. She was chosen to speak at the Shawn Fair Leadership Experience Tour in Troy, Michigan. She was also a speaker for the Che Brown Comeback Champion 2021 Summit. Ms. Woulard is a featured speaker with the WYN Conferences, Women Influencers and Women’s Leadership Conference, Dubai/UAE. A native of Gulfport, Mississippi, Ms. Woulard has held numerous key leadership roles over the past 30 years. Her main focus as a visionary leader is to develop nursing leaders in preparation for the future of nursing leadership. Ms. Woulard is a subject matter expert on leadership issues, such as team building, effective communication, working with diverse generations in the workplace, and diversity and inclusion. Ms. Woulard has consulted with various nursing programs on curriculum development and program podcast implementation. Constance is a master’s prepared registered nurse and is currently a division director of nursing. Her leadership spans sixteen sites covering seven states. Her nursing and leadership career has been dedicated to creating high-quality, reliable systems of care and developing the next generation of nurses and healthcare professionals to lead in these ever-changing times. Ms. Woulard received a Bachelor of science in Nursing from William Carey University and a Master of Science in Nursing Education from William Carey University.
