As a former dancer with American Ballet Theatre with a career-ending injury, she truly understands the challenges dance professionals experience in maintaining their needed performance wellness. She has over thirty years of experience helping her clients to move pain-free. Mona's passion for dance found a new career direction after her last performance at Lincoln Center in New York City; while walking home, she said to herself, "I don't know where I am going, but I do know I am going to find an answer, to my foot problem so that I can help other dancers avoid what has happened to me." After several years of studying Movement and becoming a Certified Movement Analyst, Certified Teacher of Labanotation, Registered Somatic Movement Therapist, Registered Somatic Movement Educator and Registered Dance Educator, she realized that was not enough, dancers needed something more to help them prevent injuries. Mona is excited about sharing her passion for movement and dances with dancers, athletes, and everyday movers. She is looking forward to bringing her cutting-edge mind and body conversations to all of her clients so they can experience and enjoy performing their freedom through movement!https://actionomics.com/
