Seattle native Wyjuana Montgomery is an International Speaker and 2X award-winning author, and owner of WYJUANA SPEAKS Consulting LLC. She holds a B.A. in African & African-American Studies from Duke University and a M.A. in Organizational Management from Ashford University. Fueled by her passion for mentoring, she founded Reach Forward in 2014, which is now Reach Forward Foundation, a nonprofit mentorship program for youth in grades 6-12. In October 2020, Reach Forward Foundation was recognized by the Journal Record, a prominent Oklahoma City-based business publication as one of five 2020 Programs Making A Difference. Wyjuana also created the NO FEAR Ladies Conference in 2014, which empowers and inspires women and teen girls from across Oklahoma and the United States. In 2016, Wyjuana published her first book, Bold, Brave and Courageous: A NO FEAR Success Guide for Teen Girls. Wyjuana continues travelling the world, using the WYJUANA SPEAKS platform to share her message of NO FEAR and women’s and youth empowerment. Wyjuana is now at work on a second book, The Pain of Being Destined for More and continues to grow the Reach Forward Foundation.
