Twitter's new app Engage seems to be doing more to enrage people than engage them. At Vidcon, Twitter also announced that your videos on Twitter and Vine can now be 140 seconds long. Helsinki-based Supercell, the mobile gaming outfit responsible for Clash of Clans and Boom Beach among many others, just sold an 84.3% stake of the company to China's Tencent Holdings Ltd for $8.6 billion dollars (Tencent's largest acquisition to date).
