ABC News Technology Reporter Mike Dobuski talks about how opening arguments are expected to begin today in a case that pits OpenAI CEO Sam Altman against Elon Musk, who he co-founded the company alongside back in 2015. Musk is alleging he was duped by Altman, when the OpenAI leader transitioned that company from non-profit to for-profit status last year. But given some of the controversies Musk's own artificial intelligence efforts have found themselves in recently, some are skeptical of the billionaire's real motivations. One thing is for certain, the stakes are high, as companies from both men could be listed on the stock market before the end of the year.
