Technology and Our Relationship with It

Technology is good, it is not bad. We just have an unhealthy relationship with how we use technology. This is a conscious perspective to technology being in our lives right now, and a conscious try to improving the relationship that we have with technology. Which is to have a disciplined goal to not constantly pick up the phone and go on social media or watch TV but to have a set time for when you’re going to be on the phone with deliberate and inspired action.
