Dr. Martin has had many leadership roles in his professional life and is not extending it to a different level. My reasons are simple, I am running to create a prosperous future for my family, my business, and my community. I will be a voice for small business owners, who are the heartbeat of our rural counties. I know that when government intervention is limited, it allows for businesses to thrive. My wife and I have a young son, who reminds me every day that my actions today impact his future. I have spent my life in West Tennessee and know the values we all share. Values that I will bring with me to the Tennessee Capitol. Our state has become a beacon of inspiration for the rest of the country because of these conservative values we hold in West Tennessee.
