In 1982 the bodies of several young women were found in Washington state's Green River. Authorities unleash an investigation and manhunt almost the same size and scale of the "Ted Murders." With little to no real strong leads police are not optimistic. October 1, 1984 the Green River task force receives a letter from Mr. Theodore Robert Bundy offering his assistance to their investigation. Can one killer catch another and why would he want to help?
