He voted against the Paycheck Fairness Act in 2014, AND he voted against reauthorizing the Violence Against Women Act.Two days after the murder of 21 people in his state of Texas, he spoke at the NRA Convention, claiming that only a good guy with a gun can stop a bad guy with a gun - which is the exact opposite of what happened.
