Rebecca comes to grips with what she lost in Matthijs and Keeley comes face-to-face with her worst fear. Ted and Michelle celebrate at the Crown & Anchor where we learn so much more about the time after their divorce and Ted must come to grips with where he finds himself in life.This episode, very simply put, is just an absolute gem and the unrivaled best of the season. There is perhaps one of the most jaw-droppingly enjoyable scenes in the whole series and, in the true spirit of the mid-way point, character development in spades. We get to ponder the gender of Wilson in Castaway, a banger of an episode playlist, get a whole heaping of amazing Mark Twain quotes, and we learn the true origin story of a fundamental character in the show that makes us so excited for the rest of the season.
