Episode 34 we welcome to the podcast originally from England now residing in Ventura California Ted Skup. Ted is the author of the book "Death Taxes and Push Up's" which was released in 2008. The book is about Ted's life and his passion for the push up's which he explains works the whole body. To date, he has done over 14 million push ups and does a 1000 push ups a day.
