They would be losing their s**t and insisting this was the ‘new normal’, and we must dramatically alter our way of life or else the USA would be uninhabitable within a decade.* Heatwaves, unpredictable weather and temperature fluctuations are normal on Earth* People are pointing to the shrinking water levels of man-made lakes like Lake Mead and Lake Travis here in Austin. But these are not REAL LAKES. Check the water levels of actual lakes, like the Great Lakes. The waters of Lake Michigan are not in danger of rising and flooding the city of Chicago. Check the water levels of the Great Lakes since 1860. They fluctuate by two to four feet, up and down almost every year for the past 160 years. Man-made reservoirs that are built in deserts and arid environments where no natural bodies of water previously existed should have shrinking water levels after a few decades. Especially if the surrounding areas that rely on the reservoir for water have exploded in population (Las Vegas, Phoenix, Austin). * Will Putin turn the Nord Stream pipeline back on in 48 hours?
