TedX Talk, Ted Lasso & Racism

We all need to strive to be more like Ted Lasso with his endless optimism and seeing the good in others. I’ve been doing this and in doing so have also tried to speak my truth on a larger platform, such as giving a TedX Talk. I made it to round 2 of interviews for a talk in Utah but the selection committee met my topic with unexpected ignorance.
