from SpearHead Conversations Podcast Hosted by spearheadconversations
In this episode of Spearhead Conversations, host Xavier Mercado sits down with acclaimed videographer TeeglazedIt, whose journey from Milwaukee to Los Angeles is a testament to hard work, creativity, and perseverance. Raised by a single mother, TeeglazedIt developed a strong work ethic early on, juggling multiple jobs as a teen. His passion for filmmaking began with skate videos but took off between 2014 and 2016 when he committed to video production. Facing challenges in dangerous neighborhoods and resistance from industry insiders, he taught himself the skills to succeed. His persistence led to collaborations with top Milwaukee artists like Chicken P and Certified Trapper, eventually opening doors in L.A., where he worked with stars like King Von, Lil Durk, and Soulja Boy. Throughout the episode, TeeglazedIt shares insights on trusting the process, going all-in, and staying true to one’s vision. His story is a powerful reminder that resilience and passion can turn dreams into reality.
