Teen Caught in Stolen Car Chase | Durham News

A 16-year-old slammed into a stolen Kia and bolted at 12:20 AM, triggering a high-speed chase through Sampson County that ended when he tried to crash head-on into a traffic circle. Caught without incident, he now faces felony charges including fleeing from police, possession of a stolen vehicle, resisting arrest, and driving without a license — a serious legal hit for a teen caught in the crosshairs of a stolen car and a wild pursuit. Authorities are still piecing together the full story, but this case serves as a chilling reminder: one reckless move can spiral into major consequences.
