Teen in Stolen Car Escapes Police | St. Louis News

In a wild Florissant chase, 23-year-old Charles Brown Jr. bolted in a stolen car after police attempted an arrest, dragging an officer in reverse before being hit by another officer’s gunfire. His 12-year-old brother rode along unharmed but now faces the fallout — Brown is charged with assault on an officer, endangering a child, and multiple other felonies, held on a $500K cash bond. Authorities are still piecing together the chaos as this case underscores how fast situations spiral when evading law enforcement.
