Matthew Austin, 18, faces a list of charges in Norman, Oklahoma after police said his friend reported he planned to murder his ex-girlfriend and her mother after buying supplies at a Home Depot. Norman Police stopped Austin on the street near the home of his ex. Police in neighboring Moore said he raped a 14-year-old girl over the summer after lying about his age.
