This is a waffly one, kind of processing out loud from todays inner reflections, but I think there are some nuggets in there regardless! Feeling into the chaos of my inner teen, reflecting on the transition from childhood to teenage years. So much change and I think this is who is running the show for me some of the time in things like binge watching series, not eating well and not getting out for walks when I know I feel better for it.
