We have a new season for 2024. Teg Talk , joins the Mental Game Sports Podcast.There is so much to change in sports and we need all of us to do it. Do a deep dive and learn about how phones are derailing our student-athletes habits, dropping their self esteem and their performance.  Education is collapsing and phones are one of the main reasons cycling the addiction from home to school. Kids aren't learning and aren't developing as they did 25 years ago.Simply by banning phones in schools and setting phone routines we are hearing schools with the refreshing sound of laughter and talking once again.
