As we discuss the challenges of coaching elite athletes today she shares her tricks of the trade. Janet Dickey is entering her 35th season as Head Coach of the Westbrook (CT) High School Field Hockey team. She was inducted into the Connecticut Field Hockey Coaches Hall of Fame in September 2023.While she still has a passion for coaching, she has also pursued another career and became a Certified Mindset Coach. With this certification, she opened her own business-Victory Mindsets! She is excited for the potential to share mindset techniques and training with you and your team.
