After reviewing the translation, the questions, and the moves we made last time, we learned a bit of Tehilim methodology from Ibn Ezra, then introduced a critical fact we were missing last time which shifted the way we approached the perek. After reading through the Radak's commentary on the entire perek, as well as the Meiri and the Ibn Ezra on the final three pesukim, we attempted to come up with a theory of the main idea. We DID come up with an approach, but it still needs work.
