Tehilim 145: "Ashrei" (Part 12 - Radak on 145:14-16) or "REWARD AND PUNISHMENT FOR ANIMALS?!"

On Tuesday we began learning the cluster of pesukim which includes "poseach es yadecha." Things were going well until the very end, when we encountered a VERY metaphysically disturbing Radak (at least, according to the Rambam, which is shocking given how "Maimonidean" the Radak typically is). Tonight our goal was to understand what the Radak was saying in a manner which extricates us from our perplexity ... and I believe we succeeded!
